Which reports do I need?
Inventory Ledger — in Seller Central: Reports > Fulfillment > Inventory Ledger. Use the Detailed or Summary view; it records units lost, damaged and found by date and SKU.
Reimbursements — in Seller Central: Reports > Payments > Reimbursements. It records what Amazon already paid back per SKU, which is what the audit checks against.
Shipment reports are optional. They sharpen inbound reconciliation but are not required.
