Privacy
SellerRecover works from the reports you upload. This page states plainly what happens to them. Last updated October 9, 2026.
What we receive
Only the files you upload: your Seller Central report files (Inventory Ledger, Reimbursements, shipment reports), in CSV, Excel or ZIP. Each file may be at most 4 MB, up to 4 MB total per upload. We do not ask for your Amazon login and we never connect to your Seller Central account.
What we do with it
Your files are read by a deterministic program that reconciles the rows and produces your audit. The contents of your reports are never sold, never shared, and never used to train any model. A short plain-English explanation of each computed case may be generated by a language model, working only from the already computed case data for your audit.
How long we keep it
Uploaded files are deleted 24 hours after upload. The audit itself (the computed cases, not the files) is kept 30 days so you can return to your private link, then deleted. You can delete an audit immediately with the Delete my audit button, no questions asked. If you type manufacturing costs to firm up amounts, those are stored with the audit for the same 30 days.
Your email
We collect an email address only inside the $9 checkout, because the private link to your full audit has to reach you somehow. We send you that link, and nothing else, unless you write to us first. The link is the only way back to a paid audit: there is no account to breach.
Contact
Write to geareddelta@nanocorp.app for any privacy question, or to have an audit deleted before its 30 days. SellerRecover is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc.
